Registration

To subscribe to Gene Inger's Daily Briefing, review the Subscriber Agreement and select one of the following sign-up options:

1. Secure Credit Card Registration Form: Major credit cards accepted - best choice if your browser supports secure communications. Subscriptions are auto-renewed quarterly, unless otherwise instructed by the subscriber.

2. Fax Credit Card Registration Form: Register by fax. Print the fax form, provide the information indicated, and fax to the number indicated on the form:

3. Telephone Registration: Call Lynn or Laura (9:00-5:00 PDT) 805-496-6441 and register by telephone.

Once you have submitted the registration form, follow the instructions to obtain your username and password. A username and password is required to access the Daily Briefing site.

Please note:

• All registered subscribers must have a valid e-mail address. You will be notified of any changes or enhancements to the service via e-mail.
  
• Your username must contain exactly 10 letters and numbers, with no spaces. All letters must be lowercase.
  
• Your password may contain 4-10 letters and numbers with no spaces.
  
• Your account will be activated immediately upon submission of the registration form and registration of your username and password.

Subscriber Agreement

Terms and Conditions:

The information in the Service is for Subscriber member's internal use only. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Service exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to information received through the Service and all proprietary rights in the information. Reproduction, distribution and transmission of any information obtained from the Service is strictly prohibited, except with Inger's prior written permission. Subscriber further agrees not to use or permit anyone to use the information provided through the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

NEITHER INGER NOR ANY PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE USE OR THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SUCH INFORMATION INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. NEITHER INGER NOR ANY OF ITS PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SERVICE, OR FOR DELAYS IN PROVIDING THE INFORMATION OR OMISSIONS THEREIN. NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR OTHER DAMAGES BEYOND THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR ONE CALENDAR QUARTER.

Subscriber represents and warrants to Inger that all statements made by Subscriber in using the Service are true, accurate and correct and that Subscriber has the authority to make such statements. Subscriber shall indemnify and hold Inger harmless from all liability, damages and expenses resulting from any third party claim arising from any inaccurate, incorrect or untrue statement made by Subscriber in using the Service or Subscriber's use of the Service.

Subscriber shall pay Inger all fees incurred in the use of the Service in accordance with Inger billing terms. Inger may in its sole discretion change amounts of the fees associated with the Service or the Service itself without prior notice to Subscriber; though naturally intends making members aware of any rate changes. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by Inger in collecting overdue fees from Subscriber.

Inger reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or modify these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever, without prior notification. Inger reserves the right to refuse and to terminate Service to any Subscriber at any time without reason.

This Agreement supersedes all other agreements and understandings regarding this subject matter and is governed by California and United States law without regard to conflict of laws or provisions thereof.
